Shop Terms

Placing an order

​

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; or
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.

 

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number (“Order Confirmation”). If there are any errors in the Order Confirmation information please notify us immediately.

Pricing

​

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the Website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We make every effort to show you images and descriptions for The Phonics Fox Product(s) which are accurate and realistic. The images of The Phonics Fox Product(s) are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the The Phonics Fox Product(s). Your The Phonics Fox Product(s) may vary slightly from those images. Sometimes we will need to make changes to our products to comply with laws and regulations, which may mean your The Phonics Fox Product(s) vary from the description.

Return & Refund Policy

 

Items cannot be returned or refunded. The quality of items are checked prior to sending and packaged carefully.  Personalised items cannot be changed, once they have been ordered and paid for.

Shipping & Delivery

​

Please allow up 1-4 weeks for delivery and refer to each product for specific delivery times as some products are handmade to order or are personalised. 

 

Postage and packaging on all orders up to £50 will cost £4.50, 2nd class Royal Mail signed for delivery. Alternatively, your items can be collected if you attend a class. Please select this option at checkout.

We recommend that if you are placing an order totalling more than £50, to consider placing a 2nd order as postage compensation is only up to a total of £50.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

 

You must not misuse our Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious, technologically harmful or designed to disrupt the current operation of our Website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Website, the server on which our Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Website.
